Most car trailers come with a front bumper rail that needs to be removed. While I was gone last weekend, Dad took care of it by cutting it off, sanding it down, and painting over it.

Was looking at the pictures, and if you reinforced the trailer's tounge, you could mount holder to for 55 gallon drums to collect rain water. -Matt
This is one of the basic perks of building a home only about 8' x 16'. I understand that it is not normal, but I know it will be worth it. I may also never need to move again. That is enticing.
With the purchase of the trailer in April of 2009, I started the project and you can watch my progress right here. I keep changing the floor plan and things won't be settled until I'm done. However, the loft with be over half of the house. I'll have a sawdust toilet, but no shower. I won't have a porch, but if I'm parked long I can build a deck separatly. The door will be on the side of the house and it will be heated with a propane boat heater.
